Abstract (en)
A tool-locking device with two locking discs and a common locking screw for securing a tool sleeve between the two locking discs. The two locking discs have concentric annular grooves for securing tool sleeves of the same diameter and made of a flexible material. Surprisingly, flexible tool sleeves of this type experience rotational stabilisation about their central rotational axis without a rubber core or suchlike supporting body having to be used. As a result of the rotational stabilisation, a cylindrical tool face is always retained. <IMAGE>

Es handelt sich um eine Werkzeugspannvorrichtung mit zwei Spannscheiben und einer gemeinsamen Spannschraube zum Einspannen einer Werkzeughülse zwischen den beiden Spannscheiben. Die beiden Spannscheiben weisen konzentrische Ringnuten zum Einspannen von durchmessergleichen Werkzeughülsen aus biegsamem Material auf. Überraschenderweise erfahren derartige biegsame Werkzeughülsen um ihre zentrale Rotationsachse eine Rotationsstabilisierung, ohne daß ein Gummikern oder derlgeichen Stützkörper eingesetzt werden muß. Infolge der Rotationsstabilisierung bleibt stets eine zylindrische Werkzeugfläche erhalten.
