Abstract (en)
The screw mill (1, 2) consists of two motor-driven screw conveyors (14, 15) mounted rotatably in a housing (17). The screw conveyors (14, 15) are divided into two sections. The first section is designed as an interacting screw conveyor pair lying in a common working chamber, while in the second section the screw conveyors (14, 15) lie in separate working chambers and form separate outputs (23). As a result, the occurrence of lateral forces is avoided on the one hand and, because of the absence of throttles in the working chambers, a high processing capacity is achieved on the other hand. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Schneckenmühle (1, 2) besteht aus zwei motorisch angetriebenen, in einem Gehäuse (17) drehbar gelagerten Förderschnecken (14, 15). Die Förderschnecken (14, 15) sind in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt. Der erste Abschnitt ist als zusammenwirkendes, in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitsraum liegendes Förderschneckenpaar ausgebildet, während im zweiten Abschnitt die Förderschnecken (14, 15) in getrennten Arbeitsräumen liegen und getrennte Ausgänge (23) bilden. Dadurch wird einerseits das Auftreten von Seitenkräften vermieden und andererseits wegen des Fehlens von Drosseln in den Arbeitsräumen eine hohe Verarbeitungskapazität erreicht.
