Abstract (en)
For hitting targets with projectiles of flat trajectory, a hit pattern comparable to the live projectiles is required on a target board. To prevent a training projectile used for this from being damaged in such a way that part of the projectile goes beyond the safety zone after the target board, a compact projectile (1) with a non-round cross-section (12) is proposed. Zum Zielschießen mit rasant fliegenden Geschossen wird ein den scharfen Geschossen vergleichbares Treffbild auf einer Zielplatte gefordert. Um zu vermeiden, daß ein dabei eingesetztes Übungsgeschoß derart beschädigt wird, daß ein Teil des Geschosses den Sicherheitsbereich nach der Zielplatte überschreitet, wird ein kompaktes Geschoß (1) mit einem unrunden Querschnitt (12) vorgeschlagen. Dieser Querschnitt (12) wird aus drei Bogenabschnitten (11) gebildet.
