[origin: JPH0236029A] PURPOSE: To provide an easy-to-design and -handle device, wherein respective overlapped integral elements support the halves of a set of jacks and the jacks are alternately arranged in respect to axial shift. CONSTITUTION: Operating fluid is supplied to a series of jacks 26, 43 at the same time and pistons 27, 44 are moved in the axial direction to drive tensile nuts 8, 9, and the resulting tensile force gives pins 4a, 4b desired elongation corresponding to initial stress. Then, the lower surfaces of the nuts 5a, 5b are moved apart from a flange 1 to be clamped to form a space. The nuts 5a, 5b are put in slight contact with the surface of a clamp 1 again by using a special tool to enter a gap 23. After pressure in the jacks 26, 43 is relaxed, force on pistons 27, 44 becomes zero, so that the nut 9 and an upper disc 40 can be disassembled without special effort and the nut 8 and a tower disc 20 can be similarly set free.
