Copies (22) of preferably folded or stapled printed matter are taken by means of a charging device (20) from a station upstream and supplied to a stacking device (30). In the stacking device (30), the copies (22) are stacked up, lying on a base (96), to form a stack (120). The base (96) is lowerable and is lowered with the stack (120) lying on it. In this connection, it is submerged at the same time into a banding means (106) which bears against the stack on the base side and laterally. Subsequently, the banding means (106) is closed via welding stamps (118) in a close fitting manner across the upper side of the lowered stack (120). The stack (120) packaged with a loop (76) is subsequently transported away and the lowerable base (96) or its base sections (98, 100) return into an upper position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Exemplare (22) vorzugsweise gefalzte oder geheftete Druckerzeugnisse, werden mittels einer Beschickungsvorrichtung (20) aus einer vorgeordneten Station übernommen und einer Stapelvorrichtung (30) zugeführt. Die Exemplare (22) werden in der Stapelvorrichtung (30) zu Stapel (120) auf einem Boden (96) liegend aufgestapelt. Der Boden (96) ist absenkbar und wird mit dem aufliegenden Stapel (120) abgesenkt. Er taucht dabei gleichzeitig in ein Banderoliermittel (106) ein, das sich bodenseitig und seitlich an den Stapel anlegt. Anschließend wird das Banderoliermittel (106) über Schweißstempel (118) über der Oberseite des abgesenkten Stapels (120) straff anliegend verschlossen. Der mit einer Schleife (76) verpackte Stapel (120) wird anschließend abtransportiert und der absenkbare Boden (96) bzw. dessen Teilböden (98, 100) kehren in eine obere Stellung zurück.
