A plastic closure for placing on a flange-shaped opening edge (3) of a container (4) and for the non-detachable connection to said container. The object of the invention is to provide a plastic closure of the type mentioned, which allows a largely non-detachable and fixed connection to the container mouth and, nevertheless, can be placed on a container of low stability without damage. It is proposed that the closure consists of a bottom part (2) and a top part (1), that the bottom part (2) has a cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped flange (7) made of soft flexible material for being placed on the flange-shaped opening edge (3), and that a ring (17), surrounding said flange (7) on the outside, is provided which is of smaller inside diameter than the outside diameter of the flange (7) and is made of a harder material than the U-shaped flange (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststoffverschluß zum Aufsetzen auf einen flanschförmigen Öffnungsrand (3) eines Behälters (4) und zum unlösbaren Verbinden mit diesem. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Kunststoffverschluß der genannten Art zu schaffen, der eine weitgehend unlösbare und feste Verbindung mit der Behältermündung erlaubt und dennoch ohne Beschädigung auf einen Behälter geringer Stabilität aufgesetzt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Verschluß aus einem Unterteil (2) und einem Oberteil (1) besteht, daß das Unterteil (2) einen im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Flansch (7) aus weichem, flexiblem Material zum Aufsetzen auf den flanschförmigen Öffnungsrand (3) aufweist, und daß ein diesen Flansch (7) außen umfassender Ring (17) geringeren Innendurchmessers als der Außendurchmesser des Flansches (7) vorgesehen ist, der aus härterem Material hergestellt ist als der U-förmige Flansch (7).
