Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0320855A2] The subject of the invention is an arrangement for wrecking high reinforced-concrete structures, especially convergent chimneys. The arrangement according to the invention consists of the lower girder /1/ and the upper girder /2/, which are rotatably interconnected. Provided on the lower girder /1/ are radially displaceable carriages /4/ having the supports /5/ which terminate, at the bottom, in displaceable feet /6/ and rest on the chimney crown /7/, and on which the working platform /11/ is suspended. Provided on the upper girder /2/ are radially displaceable carriages /8/ having supports /9/. The breakers /10/ are suspended on the carriages /8/. The axis of rotation of the girders is situated in the axis of rotation of the chimney. The lower girder /1/ and the upper girder /2/ can have the form of a two-arm construction symmetrically dividing the cross-section of the chimney, or the form of a three-arm construction, the arms of which are all laid out at 120 DEG . The working platform /11/ is composed of the rods /12/ connected in articulated manner longitudinally and transversely over the entire circumference of the chimney crown /7/. In the lower part placed against the wall, the working platform /11/ possesses rollers /15/, whereas in the upper part it possesses pulleys /16/ with rope /17/ or ropes with clamping screws /18/. At the point of passage of the chimney ladder /19/, there is a hole, outside which the working platform /11/ is enlarged by the segment /20/ constructed from the same elements as the other part of the working platform /11/. <IMAGE>
