Abstract (en)
The quick-release aerator for eliminating material accumulations of bulk material in silos or the like has a compressed-air feedline (2) leading to a storage container (1), in which a multiway-valve (3) is arranged. Provided upstream of the multiway valve are a compressed air store (12) and a non-return valve (13), the non-return valve (13) locking in a direction counter to the compressed air feed. As a result of the compressed air store (12), for each operating state a particular amount of compressed air is provided which is sufficient to press the closing piston (7) of the quick-release aerator into its closed position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Luftstoßgerät zum Beseitigen von Materialaufstauungen von Schüttgütern in Bunkern u. dgl., welches eine Druckluftzuführleitung (2) zu einem Speicherbehälter (1) aufweist, in welcher ein Mehrwegeventil (3) angeordnet ist. Vor dem Mehrwegeventil sind ein Druckluftspeicher (12) und ein Rückschlagventil (13) vorgesehen, wobei das Rückschlagventil (13) in einer Richtung entgegen der Druckluftzufuhr sperrt. Infolge des Druckluftspeichers (12) wird für jeden Betriebszustand eine bestimmte Menge an Druckluft bereitgestellt, die ausreicht, den Schließkolben (7) des Luftstoßgerätes in seine Schließstellung zu drücken.
