Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a packaging, especially a vacuum-packaging, for products exuding moisture when they are enclosed in the packaging. The packaging comprises a leaktight envelope (2) in a transparent material, characterised in that it comprises, arranged between the said envelope (2) and the outer surface of the product (1), over at least a part thereof, a layer (3) in a material which has the capability to absorb the moisture exuding from the packaged product and is transparent at least after the absorption of the moisture. The invention can be used for packaging food products, such as cooked pork-meat products. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un emballage, notamment sous vide, pour des produits dégageant de l'humidité lorsqu'ils sont enfermés dans l'emballage. L'emballage selon l'invention comprend une enveloppe étanche (2) en un matériau transparent, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, disposée entre ladite enveloppe (2) et la surface extérieure du produit (1) sur au moins une partie de celle-ci, une couche (3) en un matériau ayant un pouvoir d'absorption de l'humidité se dégageant du produit emballé et est transparent au moins après l'absorption de l'humidité. L'invention est utilisable pour l'emballage des produits alimentaires, tels que les produits de charcuterie.
