Abstract (en)
The tumbler system (10, 12) of the tumbler switch is connected to a pivoting switch lever (9) which can be pivoted by means of a operating ram (11). The operating lever (9) has two cutters (9a, 9b), offset in the switching direction, which engage successively in associated supporting notches (6a, 6b) on operation of the switch. For this purpose, on operation of the switch the operating lever is supported such that it can pivot successively on two offset points, such that a relatively small operating force results over the complete operating range in comparison with the achievable contact pressure, and the switch is released safely with a relatively large return path. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Kippsystem (10, 12) des Kippschalters ist mit einem schwenkbaren Schalthebel (9) verbunden, der mittels eines Betätigungsstössels (11) verschwenkt werden kann. Der Betätigungshebel (9) weist zwei in Schaltrichtung versetzte Schneiden (9a, 9b) auf, die bei Betätigung des Schalters nacheinander in zugeordnete Stützkerben (6a, 6b) eingreifen. Der Betätigungshebel ist daher bei Betätigung des Schalters nacheinander an zwei versetzten Stellen schwenkbar abgestützt, derart, dass sich über den ganzen Betätigungsbereich eine verhältnismässig geringe Betätigungskraft, verglichen mit dem erzielbaren Kontaktdruck und eine sichere Rückschaltung bei relativ grossem Nachlaufweg ergibt.
