Abstract (en)
The invention relates to an oil-well safety valve and tools for setting or retrieving said valve. This valve comprises, in the conventional way, a movable shutter member (11), an inner tubular slide (9), a spring (10) for returning the slide towards its upper position, means for the hydraulic downward displacement of the slide by the pressurisation of a control fluid, a system (14) for anchoring the valve in a receiving sleeve (1), and gaskets (15, 16) in contact with said receiving sleeve (1). The valve according to the invention is characterised in that the anchoring system is a hydraulically stressed mechanical system comprising a tubular sliding piston (58) subjected to the pressure of the control fluid in order to be displaced upwards by this fluid, and a locking bush (55) located above the sliding piston in order to be pushed upwards by the latter; during its displacement, this bush actuates and locks anchoring catches (54) provided in a floating manner in the body of the lock. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une vanne de sécurité pour puits pétroliers et des outils de mise en place ou de retrait de ladite vanne. Cette vanne comprend de façon classique un organe mobile d'obturation (11) un coulisseau tubulaire interne (9) un ressort de rappel (10) du coulisseau vers sa position haute des moyens de déplacement hydraulique du coulisseau vers le bas par pressurisation d'un fluide de commande, un système d'ancrage (14) de la vanne dans un manchon-réceptacle (1) et des garnitures d'étanchéité (15, 16) au contact dudit manchon-réceptacle (1). La vanne conforme à l'invention se caractérise en ce que le système d'ancrage est un système mécanique à sollicitation hydraulique, comprenant un piston-baladeur tubulaire (58) soumis à la pression du fluide de commande en vue d'être déplacé vers le haut par ce fluide, et une douille de verrouillage (55) située au-dessus du piston-baladeur en vue d'être repoussée vers le haut par ce dernier : au cours de son déplacement cette douille manoeuvre et verrouille des chiens d'ancrage (54) prévus flottants dans le corps du verrou.
