The cover for a binder is made by the adhesive laminating process using a synthetic resin dispersion glue. The single-piece cardboard cover is firstly provided with a single-piece plastic outside covering with wrapped-over edges. Subsequently, a single-piece plastic inside covering without wrapped-over edges is applied which, however, overlaps the wrapped-over edges of the plastic outside covering. Then a continuous grooving is applied from the outside of the cover for the binder on both sides of the back of the binder in each case. In this case, provision is made for the plastic inside covering to be recessed in each case at its edges in the region of the grooving. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Beschrieben wird ein Briefordnerdeckel (1), welcher im Klebekaschierverfahren unter Verwendung von Kunstharzdispersionsleim hergestellt ist. Die einteilige Kartondecke (8) wird zunächst mit einem einteiligen Kunststoffaußenbezug (9) mit Kantenumschlag versehen. Anschließend wird ein einteiliger Kunststoffinnenbezug ohne Kantenumschlag angebracht, der jedoch die umgeschlagenen Ränder (12, 13) des Kunststoffaußenbezugs überlappt. Danach wird von der Außenseite des Briefordnerdeckels her beidseits des Briefordnerrückens jeweils eine durchgehende Nutung angebracht. Dabei ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Kunststoffinnenbezug (14) im Bereich der Nutung (5, 6) an seinen Rändern (22, 23) jeweils ausgespart ist.
