Abstract (en)
The spherical container (1) has a lower spherical resting portion (2). A concrete foundation (3) has a surface (6) which faces the resting portion and is curved parallel to said portion. Arranged between the curved surface (6) and the resting portion (2) is a support layer (7) made of elastomeric elements which consist of bodies which at least partially touch one another on the circumference and are elastically deformed under loading conditions whilst decreasing in volume. <IMAGE>

Der Kugelbehälter (1) weist einen unteren kalottenförmigen Auflageabschnitt (2) auf. Ein Betonfundament (3) weist eine dem Auflageabschnitt zugewendete Fläche (6) auf, die parallel zu diesem Abschnitt gewölbt ist. Zwischen der gewölbten Fläche (6) und dem Auflageabschnitt (2) ist eine Stützschicht (7) aus elastomeren Elementen angeordnet, die aus einander sich am Umfang mindestens teilweise berührenden, bei Belastung unter Volumenabnahme sich elastisch verformenden Körpern bestehen.
