Abstract (en)
The connecting device is composed of a retaining frame (19) and retaining means, fastened to the tool (8), in the form of a retaining shaft (27) and a bearing support (31). The retaining frame (19) designed as a bell-crank lever has a half bearing shell (35) for enclosing the retaining shaft (27) and a connecting shaft (37) for inserting into the bearing support (31). The bearing frame (19) is mounted by means of two joints (14, 15) on the end arm (7) of a boom of an excavator and on a guide link (13) of a linear motor (10) interacting with the end arm (7). To connect a tool (8), the connecting shaft (37) is moved by means of a handle (38) into a position in which it can be inserted into a bore (32) of the bearing support (31) through a slot (33) made on the bearing support (31) and can be secured by turning the handle (38). By the retaining frame being arranged with the joints (14, 15) directly on the end arm (7) and the guide link (13) respectively, only a small overall height is required for the connecting device. <IMAGE>

Die Kupplungsvorrichtung setzt sich aus einem Haltebügel (19) und aus am Arbeitsgerät (8) befestigten Haltemitteln in Form einer Haltewelle (27) und einem Lagersupport (31) zusammen. Der als Winkelhebel ausgebildete Haltebügel (19) weist eine Lagerhalbschale (35) zum Umfassen der Haltewelle (27) und eine Kupplungswelle (37) zum Einlegen in den Lagersupport (31) auf. Der Lagerbügel (19) ist mittels zwei Gelenken (14, 15) an dem Endarm (7) eines Auslegers einer Baumaschine und an einem Lenker (13) eines mit dem Endarm (7) zusammenwirkenden Linearmotors (10) gelagert. Zum Kuppeln eines Arbeitsgerätes (8) wird mittels eines Griffbügels (38) die Kupplungswelle (37) in eine Stellung gebracht, in welcher sie durch einen am Lagersupport (31) angebrachten Schlitz (33) in eine Bohrung (32) des Lagersupportes (31) eingelegt und durch Drehen des Griffbügels (38) gesichert werden kann. Dadurch, dass der Haltebügel mit den Gelenken (14, 15) direkt am Endarm (7) bzw. am Lenker (13) angeordnet ist, wird nur eine geringe Bauhöhe für die Kupplungsvorrichtung in Anspruch genommen.
