The polymeric hydridosilazanes are prepared by reacting polymeric hydridothiosilazanes with NH3. The silicon nitride-containing ceramic material is prepared by pyrolysing the polymeric hydridosilazanes.

Die Erfindung betrifft neue polymere Hydridosilazane, ihre Herstellung, ihre Weiterverarbeitung zu Siliziumnitrid enthaltendem keramischen Material, sowie dieses Material selbst. Zur Herstellung der polymeren Hydridosilazane werden polymere Hydridothiosilazane mit NH3 umgesetzt. Zur Herstellung des Siliziumnitrid enthaltenden keramischen Materials werden die polymeren Hydridosilazane dann pyrolysiert.
