Machine for grouping objects, such as tins of preserves, comprising an endless belt (1) on which the objects (2) to be assembled, for example with the aid of a film of thermoretractable plastic material, are placed in rows, the said machine being characterised in that it comprises drive elements (20) each capable of pressing against an object (2) in a row in order to drive it in rotation, detectors, each of which is disposed in the vicinity of an object (2) of this row in order to be triggered by a reference mark of this object, each detector being connected to the corresponding drive element (20) for the angular positioning of the reference marks of all the objects of the row which are to be grouped and orientated. <IMAGE>

Machine pour le groupage d'objets tels que des boîtes de conserve, comprenant un tapis sans fin (1) sur lequel les objets à assembler (2), par exemple à l'aide d'un film en matière plastique thermo-rétractable, sont placés en rangées, machine caractériseé en ce qu'elle comporte des organes moteurs (20) susceptibles de s'appliquer chacun contre un objet (2) d'une rangée, pour l'entraîner en rotation, des détecteurs se disposant chacun à proximité d'un objet (2) de cette rangée pour être déclenchés par un repère de cet objet, chaque détecteur étant relié à l'organe moteur (20) correspondant pour le positionnement angulaire des repères de tous les objets à grouper et à orienter de la rangée.
