Abstract (en)
[origin: WO8900005A1] The present invention relates to an improved method for measuring tissue plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor. The method utilizes a genetically modified tissue plasminogen activator protein as a substrate. The present invention also relates to improved methods of collecting blood so that endogenous plasminogen activator is not inactivated.
