Abstract (en)
For the purpose of filling insulating glass with special gas, a probe (17) which can be guided through an orifice (25) in the spacing element (26) and is intended for introducing the special gas, and a device (19) for sealing the orifice(s) (25, 27) in the spacing element (26) after completion of the filling operation at the outlet side of a plate press (1, 2) for applying pressure to the glass panes of the insulating glass are arranged on a common component (16). Abstract (de)
Zum Füllen von Isolierglas mit Sondergas ist eine durch eine Öffnung (25) im Abstandhalter (26) einführbare Sonde (17) zum Einfüllen des Sondergases und eine Einrichtung (19) zum Verschließen der Öffnung(en) (25, 27) im Abstandhalter (26) nach Beendigung des Füllvorganges an der Auslaufseite einer Plattenpresse (1, 2) zum Anlegen von Druck auf die Glastafeln des Isolierglases auf einem gemeinsamen Bauteil (16) angeordnet. Der Bauteil (16) kann aus einer Bereitschaftsstellung, in der er unterhalb der Förderbahn (3, 13) für das Isolierglas angeordnet ist, in eine erste Wirklage, in der die Sonde (17) der Einfüllöffnung (25) im Abstandhalter (26) zugeordnet ist und in eine zweite Wirklage, in die Einrichtung zum Verschließen der Öffnungen, die vorzugsweise Fülldüsen (19) zum Ausbringen von Verschlußmasse (28) in die verschließenden Öffnungen aufweist, den Öffnungen (25, 27) im Abstandhalter (26) zugeordnet ist, verschoben werden.
