[origin: WO8801978A1] The dispenser (10) has a body (11) and a cover (12) hinged to the body at (15). An upper jaw carrier (13) has jaw members (33, 34) extending downwardly therefrom. A holding finger (19) and a support finger (18) are present. Finger (19) is hinged at (14) to the cover and finger (18) is hinged at (45) to the body (11). The lower carrier has jaw members (20, 21) which normally conceal blade (26). Both fingers (18, 19) are downwardly movable against spring (31) and the lower carrier is downwardly movable against spring (30) to reveal the blade (26) and to enable the blade to move between members (33, 34) to perform a severing operation.

Le distributeur décrit (10) comprend un corps (11) et un couvercle (12) articulé au corps en (15). Un support (13) de mâchoires supérieures comprend des éléments de mâchoires (33, 34) s'étendant vers le bas à partir dudit support. Une languette de retenue (19) et une languette de support (18) sont prévues. La languette (19) est articulée sur le couvercle en (14) et la languette (18) est articulée sur le corps (11) en (45). Le support inférieur comprend des éléments de mâchoire (20, 21) dissimulant normalement une lame (26). Les deux languettes (18, 19) sont mobiles vers le bas contre un ressort (31) et le support inférieur est mobile vers le bas contre un ressort (30), de façon à faire apparaître la lame (26), laquelle peut alors se déplacer entre les éléments (33, 34) et ainsi être utilisée pour une opération de sectionnement.
