Abstract (en)
The apparatus for putting materials in containers, in particular folding-box blanks (8) in open-top cardboard boxes (4, 4'), comprises a feeding apparatus (1) for the materials and a supporting structure which bears the container (4, 4') arranged underneath said apparatus (1) and on which the container (4, 4') can be moved forward with respect to the apparatus (1). <??>According to the invention, the supporting structure possesses a rocker bearing (10a, 10b) for the container (4, 4') mounted thereon in the manner of a see-saw, the supporting location of the said structure on the container (4, 4') being displaced in the opposite direction with respect to the forward movement of said container, in which arrangement, as a result of the displacement of the centre of gravity of the container (4, 4') during filling, a forward movement is triggered relative to the apparatus (1) which is braked again as a result of the displacement of the centre of gravity of the container (4, 4') during forward movement. This makes possible an automatic positioning of the container (4, 4') relative to the apparatus (1) as a function of the filling level of the container (4, 4') without special adjustment means or control devices. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Vorrichtung zum Einbringen von Material in Behälter, insbesondere von Faltschachtelzuschnitten (8) in oben offene Umkartons (4, 4'), weist eine Materialaufgabevorrichtung (1) und eine den darunter angeordneten Behälter (4, 4') ragende Stützkonstruktion auf, auf der der Behälter (4, 4') gegenüber der Materialaufgabevorrichtung (1) vorbewegbar ist. Nach der Erfindung weist die Stützkonstruktion ein Kipplager (10a, 10b) für den darauf nach Art einer Wippe gelagerten Behälter (4, 4') auf, deren Abstützort am Behälter (4, 4') bei dessen Vorbewegung sich dazu in Gegenrichtung verlagert, wobei durch die Schwerpunktsverlagerung des Behälters (4, 4') beim Füllen eine Vorbewegung relativ zur Materialaufgabevorrichtung (1) ausgelöst wird, die durch die Schwerpunktsverlagerung des Behälters (4, 4') beim Vorbewegen wieder abgebremst wird. Dadurch wird eine automatische Positionierung des Behälters (4, 4') relativ zur Materialaufgabevorrichtung (1) in Abhängigkeit vom Füllstand des Behälters (4, 4') ohne besondere Stellmittel oder Steuereinrichtungen ermöglicht.
