The valve set comprises an intake valve and a pressure valve arranged concentrically to this, each of these valves having a seating plate (1, 2) provided with through-holes (8, 13), and a valve plate (3, 4) assigned to the intake valve and the pressure valve being arranged between each of these two seating plates. In the plane in which the valve plate (3) assigned to the intake valve extends a damping plate (23) for the pressure valve is arranged extending into the area of the pressure valve. In the plane in which the valve plate (4) assigned to the pressure valve extends a damping plate (24) for the intake valve is arranged extending into the area of the intake valve. The two valve plates (3, 4) and the two damping plates (23, 24) are fixed in a sealing manner by their respective adjacent edges (3' 23'; 4" 24") between the seating plates (1, 2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Ventilsatz besteht aus einem Saugventil und einem konzentrisch dazu angeordneten Druckventil, wobei jedes dieser Ventile eine mit Durchbrüchen (8, 13) versehene Sitzplatte (1, 2) aufweist und zwischen diesen beiden Sitzplatten je eine dem Saugventil und dem Druckventil zugeordnete Ventilplatte (3, 4) angeordnet ist. In der Ebene, in der sich die dem Saugventil zugeordnete Ventilplatte (3) erstreckt, ist eine in den Bereich des Druckventils reichende Dämpferplatte (23) für das Druckventil angeordnet. In der Ebene, in der sich die dem Druckventil zugeordnete Ventilplatte (4) erstreckt, ist eine in den Bereich des Saugventils reichende Dämpferplatte (24) für das Saugventil angeordnet. Die beiden Ventilplatten (3, 4) und die beiden Dämpferplatten (23, 24) sind mit ihren jeweils benachbarten Rändern (3', 23'; 4", 24") zwischen den Sitzplatten (1, 2) dichtend befestigt.
