Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Bandführungskanal 4 zwischen Ausgangswalzen 2 und Kalanderwalzen 3 einer Spinnerei-Vorbereitungsmaschine, insbesondere einer Strecke, mit einem in den Bandführungskanal mündenden Blasluftkanal 5. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Bandführungskanal 4 zweiteilig ausgebildet mit einem Rohrteil 6 im Bereich der Ausgangswalzen 2, welches in ein Kanalteil 7 hineinragt, das oberhalb des Rohrteilendes 10 den tangential einmündenden Blasluftkanal 5 aufweist.
