Abstract (en)

Process for the manufacture of semi-bleached kraft cellulose pulp by delignification and bleaching in which, after the alkaline digestion, the kraft cellulose pulp is acid washed, then delignified under alkaline conditions, followed by a peroxide bleaching. In this way, semi-bleached cellulose pulps are obtained which according to the current state of the art are only capable of being manufactured by the use of chlorine or chlorine-containing compounds.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von halbgebleichtem Kraftzellstoff durch Delignifizierung und Bleiche, bei dem man den Kraftzellstoff nach dem alkalischen Aufschluß sauer wäscht, dann unter alkalischen Bedingungen delignifiziert und daran eine Peroxidbleiche anschließt. Man erhält so halbgebleichte Zellstoffe, wie sie nach dem Stand der Technik nur unter Verwendung von Chlor oder chlorhaltigen Verbindungen herstellbar sind.
