Abstract (en)
The one-piece closure has a bottom part (1) and a cap (2) which is connected to said bottom part via a hinge (3). The side walls (11) of the bottom part (1) extend obliquely outwards from the covering surface (10). An outlet spout (13) penetrates the covering surface (10). Said spout is inclined in such a way that it extends parallel to the side wall part (11') in the region of the hinge (3). The particular geometry of the closure allows a one-piece hinged closure with outwardly inclined walls to be injected into a mould without a slide. This also allows the bottom part (1) of the closure to be designed as a tube head. <IMAGE>

Der einteilige Verschluss hat einen Unterteil (1) und eine über ein Scharnier (3) damit verbundene Kappe (2). Die Seitenwände (11) des Unterteiles (1) verlaufen von der Deckfläche (10) geneigt nach aussen. Eine Austrittstülle (13) durchsetzt die Deckfläche (10). Diese ist so geneigt, dass sie parallel zu der Seitenwandpartie (11') im Bereich des Scharniers (3) verläuft. Die besondere Geometrie des Verschlusses ermöglicht es, einen einteiligen Scharnierverschluss mit nach aussen geneigten Wänden in eine Form ohne Schieber zu spritzen. Dies ermöglicht auch, den Unterteil (1) des Verschlusses als Tubenkopf zu gestalten.
