Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0326061A2] A process of processing a silver halide color photographic material is disclosed, which comprises, after imagewise exposure, processing a silver halide color photographic material with a color developer containing an aromatic primary amine color developing agent, at least one of hydrazines or hydrazides represented by following formula (I), and at least one selected from monoamines represented by formula (II) and condensed ring type amines represented by formula (III) <CHEM> wherein R<1>, R<2>, and R<3> each, independently, represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group; R<4> represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a hydrazino group, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, a carbamoyl group, or an amino group; X<1> represents a divalent group; n represents 0 or 1, provided that when n is 0, R<4> represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group; and R<1> and R<2> or R<3> and R<4> may form together a heterocyclic ring; <CHEM> wherein R<5>, R<6>, R<7> each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, or a heterocyclic group; and R<5> and R<6>, R<5> and R<7>, or R<6> and R<7> may combine with each other to form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring; and <CHEM> wherein X<2> represents a trivalent atomic group necessary for completing a condensed ring; and R<8> and R<9>, which may be the same or different, each represents an alkylene group, an arylene group, an alkenylene group, or an aralkylene group.
