The shoe sole (10) has a basic body (13) which is designed as a moulded elastomer part. In the front part of the basic body (13), there is on the upper side a flat recess (21), into which a cushion mat (15) is placed. In the region of the heel and of the plantar arch, the basic body (13) has a number of continuous openings (17). In the region of the cushion mat (15), there is in the basic body (13) a larger number of continuous openings (18) which are distributed according to a given pattern of arrangement. On the underside of the basic body (13), there is an extensive recess (27) which extends from the heel region as far as the toe region. Within the area of this recess, there is in the heel region at least one rear channel which connects the rear openings (17) to one another. In the front sole region, there are a number of front channels which are connected to one another and to the rear channel and connect the front openings to one another and to the rear openings (17). A sole insert (16) is placed in the extensive recess on the underside of the basic body (13) and stuck to the basic body (13) so that all channels are covered towards the outside. <IMAGE>

Die Schuhsohle (10) weist einen Grundkörper (13) auf, der als Elastomer-Formteil ausgebildet ist. Im Vorderteil des Grundkörpers (13) ist auf der Oberseite eine flache Ausnehmung (21) vorhanden, in die eine Polstermatte (15) eingelegt ist. Im Bereich der Ferse und des Fußgewölbes weist der Grundkörper (13) eine Anzahl durchgehende Ausnehmungen (17) auf. Im Bereich der Polstermatte (15) sind im Grundkörper (13) eine größere Anzahl durchgehender Ausnehmungen (18) vorhanden, die nach einem bestimmten Anordnungsmuster verteilt sind. Auf der Unterseite des Grundkörpers (13) ist eine großflächige Ausnehmung (27) vorhanden, die sich vom Fersenbereich bis in den Zehenbereich erstreckt. Innerhalb der Grundfläche dieser Ausnehmung ist im Fersenbereich wenigstens ein hinterer Kanal vorhanden, der die hinteren Ausnehmungen (17) untereinander verbindet. Im vorderen Sohlenbereich sind mehrere vordere Kanäle vorhanden, die untereinander und mit dem hinteren Kanal in Verbindung stehen und die die vorderen Ausnehmungen untereinander und mit den hinteren Ausnehmungen (17) verbinden. In die großflächige Ausnehmung auf der Unterseite des Grundkörpers (13) ist ein Sohleneinsatz (16) eingelegt und mit dem Grundkörper (13) verklebt, so daß sämtliche Kanäle nach außen hin abgedeckt sind.
