Abstract (en)
The contact arrangement has a contact spring (5) which is prestressed against a supporting edge (4a) of an operating device (4) by a prestressing kink (10). The prestressing kink (10) runs obliquely at an angle of 0 to 30 DEG with respect to the supporting edge (4a), producing rolling-off at the contact point. The contact arrangement is particularly advantageous for the switching of high load currents since, as a result of the rolling-off at the contact point, the welding tendency is reduced and easier separation of the contact on opening is achieved with little welding. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Kontaktanordnung besitzt eine Kontaktfeder (5), welche durch einen Vorspannknick (10) gegen eine Auflagekante (4a) eines Betätigungsorgans (4) vorgespannt ist. Der Vorspannknick (10) verläuft schräg unter einem Winkel von 0 bis 30° zur Auflagekante (4a), wodurch ein Abrollen an der Kontaktstelle erzeugt wird. Die Kontaktanordnung ist besonders vorteilhaft für das Schalten hoher Lastströme, da durch das Abrollen an der Kontaktstelle die Schweißneigung vermindert und bei geringer Verschweißung ein leichteres Aufreißen des Kontaktes beim Öffnen erreicht wird.
