Abstract (en)
[origin: US4887624A] To permit a uniform treatment of tubular members while avoiding pollution of the environment and preventing impairment of laborers, a treating container (1) is provided with supports (2) for the tubular members (3), also with nozzles (6) for connection to one end of each tubular member (3) and with lines (10) for supplying liquid to the nozzles. A cover (4), which is adapted to be swung up, is provided in the front longitudinal wall of the treating container (1) above the supports (2) for the tubes (3). An exhausting device (5), which extends throughout the length of the treating container (1), is provided in the upper portion of the treating container (1). Nozzles (6) for slidably receiving one end of each tubular member (3) are provided on the inside of a side wall (7) of the treating container (1).

Zur gleichmäßigen Behandlung der Rohre und zur Vermeidung von Umweltbelästigung und Schädigung des Personals ist der Behandlungsbehälter (1) mit Auflagern (2) für die Rohre (3), Düsen (6) zum Anschluß eines Endes der Rohre (3) sowie Zuleitungen (10) für Flüssigkeiten zu den Düsen ausgerüstet. In der vorderen Längswand des Behandlungsbehälters (1) ist oberhalb der Auflager (2) für die Rohre (3) ein nach oben klappbarer Deckel (4) angeordnet. Im oberen Teil des Behandlungsbehälters (1) ist eine sich über die Länge des Behandlungsbehälters (1) erstreckende Absaugvorrichtung (5) angeordnet und Düsen (6) sind innen an einer Seitenwand (7) des Behandlungsbehälters (1) zum Einschieben eines Endes der Rohre (3) angeordnet.
