Abstract (en)
The rotatably mounted supporting arrangement (12) comprises two receiving claws (30) having V-shaped grooves (34). Lying diametrically opposite these receiving claws (30) are two clamping claws (32) which likewise have V-shaped grooves (34). The web-roll core (10) has on its inner side a circumferential flange (24) which is of V-shaped design. The flange (24) is supported in the grooves (34) of the receiving claws (30) and is pressed against the latter by means of the clamping claws (32). For the releasable clamping of the web-roll core (10), the clamping claws (32) can be moved from a rest position in which they do not lie against the core (10), into a working position in which, together with the receiving claws (30), they clamp the core (10). The core (10) with its roll (18) is clamped against the supporting arrangement (12) and mounted rotatably together with this. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die drehbar gelagerte Stützanordnung (12) weist zwei Aufnahmepratzen (30) mit V-förmigen Nuten (34) auf. Diesen Aufnahmepratzen (30) diametral gegenüberliegend sind zwei Spannpratzen (32) vorgesehen, welche ebenfalls V-förmige Nuten (34) aufweisen. Der Wickelkern (10) weist auf seiner innenliegenden Seite einen umlaufenden Steg (24) auf, der V-förmig ausgebildet ist. Der Steg (24) stützt sich in den Nuten (34) der Aufnahmepratzen (30) ab und wird mittels der Spannpratzen (32) an diese gedrückt. Zum lösbaren Festklemmen des Wickelkerns (10) sind die Spannpratzen (32) von einer Ruhestellung, in welcher sie nicht am Wickelkern (10) anliegen, in eine Arbeitsstellung, in welcher sie zusammen mit den Aufnahmepratzen (30) den Wickelkern (10) festklemmen, bringbar. Der Wickelkern (10) mit seinem Wickel (18) wird an die Stützanordnung (12) festgeklemmt und zusammen mit dieser drehbar gelagert.
