Abstract (en)
This consists of a series of lengths of mouldings (22, 24, 26) assembled in any shape, especially a polygonal shape, said moulding having through eyelets (30, 32, 34) or suchlike for a tensioning cord (50) or the like arranged in a zigzag between the eyelets (40, 42, 44) or the like, on the edge of the canvas (10) and said eyelets in the moulding, running in succession right the way around the perimeter of the stretcher (20) and of the canvas (10), and in that the stretcher has a projecting flange (60) which hides the eyelets of the moulding. <IMAGE>

Il est constitué par une succession de tronçons de profilé (22, 24, 26) assemblés suivant un contour quelconque, notamment polygonal, ledit profilé comportant des oeillets (30, 32, 34) de passage ou similaire pour une cordelette de tensionnement (50) ou similaire disposée en zig-zag entre des oeillets (40, 42, 44), ou similaire, situés en bordure de la toile (10) et lesdits oeillets du profilé, en succession sur tout le pourtour du châssis (20) et de la toile (10), et en ce que le châssis comporte une aile (60) débordante qui cache les oeillets du profilé.
