Abstract (en)
Secured to a wall is a fitting (2) with a flange (1) one end and a stem (3) sloping downwards at a suitable angle, to support a pear shaped soap tablet (7). Down the centre of the tablet is a blind hole (8) containing a sleeve (9) which is locked on the free straight end of the stem. The straight part has a slot (4) down it, for most of its length, for resilience. At the open end of the slot is an enlarged part (5) with a shoulder (6) at the rear. At the blind end of the hole in the tablet is a conical cap (10) giving a strong frictional connection with the stem.

Dispositif pour savonner les mains comprenant un support (1) muni d'un axe (2) sur et autour duquel est monté un savon (7) présentant un trou axial borgne (8) muni d'une chemise tubulaire (9) dans laquelle est engagé ledit axe. Le dispositif comprend des moyens de verrouillage automatique du savon sur son axe, constitués par exemple par une fente d'élasticité (4) et un épaulement de l'axe derrière lequel vient s'accrocher l'extrémité de la chemise (9).
