Abstract (en)
For the axial shifting of the rolls in a roll stand, in particular the work rolls, by means of shifting devices, it is proposed to shift the rolls, which are mounted and secured in thrust blocks held in a manner which allows horizontal shifting, from the operator side using shifting devices of particularly compact construction. Zum axialen Verschieben der Walzen (3) in einem Walzgerüst (9), insbesondere der Arbeitswalzen mittels Verschiebeeinrichtungen (2) wird vorgeschlagen, die in horizontal verschieblich gehaltenen Schubblöcken (4) gelagerten und gesicherten Walzen von der Bedienerseite mit besonders kompakt bauenden Verschiebeeinrichtungen zu verschieben, wozu eine schlupflos wirkende Getriebeanordnung (15) zwischen Verschiebeeinrichtung und Schubblock angeordnet ist.
