Abstract (de)

Erfindungsgemäss werden in einer Faserballenabtragvorrichtung 1.1, welche in Pfeilrichtung A mit dem Ballenabtragorgan 30 über eine Ballenreihe 4 fährt und dabei mittels der Abtragwalzen 6a und 6b Faserflocken aus der Oberfläche der Ballenreihen löst, die Ablagewalzen schräg gestellt, um entweder die Leistung zu erhöhen oder bei gleicher Leistung die Flockengrösse zu reduzieren. Dabei sind die Abtragwalzen 6a und 6b erfindungsgemäss derart schräg gestellt, dass die Eindringtiefe T.1 im wesentlichen der Hälfte der Eindringtiefe T.2 entspricht. Diese Eindringtiefen können einerseits durch die Zustellung des Abtrageorganes und andererseits durch die Schwenkbarkeit des Ablageorganes 30 um die Schwenkachse 33 erreicht werden. Unter Zustellung des Abtragorganes ist die Bewegung des Abtragorganes 30 in Richtung D gemeint, und zwar, um die Abtragtiefe T.1 zu erhalten.
