[origin: EP0327685A1] A wall bracket (1) for a shelf for bathrooms or the like has a rear wall (6), which is to be attached to a wall (2) and is provided, if appropriate, with suspension lugs, adhesive surfaces or the like, a shelf trough (7), extending approximately at right angles from the rear wall (6), for treatment products, cosmetics or the like, and a storage box (9), which is formed by inclusion of a part of the rear wall (6), is preferably open at the top, and is provided, if appropriate, with ventilation and/or drainage holes (8), for bottles, brushes, sponges or the like. Handling is particulary expedient due to the fact that the shelf trough (7) and the storage box (9) are arranged adjacently, preferably with bottoms situated at approximately the same height. In this case, a magnetic holder for a piece of soap or the like is expediently arranged on the underside of the shelf trough (7) and/or on the underside of the storage box (9).
