Abstract (en)
The cop (5) is rotated about its longitudinal axis (22). As it rotates, a catch fork (23), constructed in the manner of a crochet hook with a backward pointing rounded tip, is held against the cop (5) in such a way that the backward pointing tip of the catch hook (23) is pointing in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the cop and touches the cop surface until the catch hook (23) has caught the dropped end (6). Thereupon the catch hook (23) is tangentially retracted from the cop (5) while the dropped end (6) is held hooked-in until it either tears or is pulled free (19). The retracting is accomplished for example by a pneumatic control cylinder (30'). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Spinnkops (5) wird um sein Längsachse (22) gedreht. Während der Drehung wird ein nach Art einer Häkelnadel mit rückwärtsgerichteter gerundeter Spitze ausgebildeter Fanghaken (23) derartig an den Kops (5) angelegt gehalten, daß die rückwärtsgerichtete Spitze des Fanghakens (23) gegen die Kopsdrehrichtung weist und dabei die Kopsoberfläche berührt, bis der Fanghaken (23) die Hinterwindung (6) gefangen hat. Darauf wird der Fanghaken (23) tangential vom Spinnkops (5) zurückgezogen, wobei die Hinterwindung (6) eingehakt gehalten wird, bis sie entweder zerreißt oder bis sich ihr Garnende (19) löst. Das Zurückziehen besorgt beispielsweise ein pneumatischer Steuerzylinder (30').
