[origin: WO8900544A1] A beverage dispenser (10) is disclosed for use with prefilled containers (11) of carbonated beverage. The beverage dispenser (10) incorporates a dispensing valve assembly (21), and is screwed to the neck (13) of the container (11). The beverage dispenser (10) also contains a supply of carbon dioxide (23) for pressurizing the container (11) and for replacing beverage withdrawn from the container (11). This allows a quantity of beverage to be withdrawn from the container (11) without loss of carbonation of the remaining liquid, and without contamination of the remaining liquid by air.

Distributeur (10) de boisson destiné à être utilisé avec des récipients (11) préremplis de boisson gazeuse. Le distributeur (10) de boisson comporte un ensemble (21) à vanne de distribution, et est vissé au rebord (13) du récipient (11). Le distributeur (10) de boisson comprend également une alimentation de gaz carbonique (23) destiné à mettre sous pression le récipient (11) et à remplacer la boisson retirée du récipient (11). Ceci permet de retirer une quantité de boisson du récipient (11) sans perte de carbonatation du liquide restant, et sans que le liquide restant ne soit contaminé par de l'air.
