Abstract (en)
Opening-roller rings for open-end spinning machines are expected to have a high dimensional accuracy. At the same time, the production outlay for the opening-roller rings is to be kept low. <??>According to the process, a tube (1) of multiple ring length (a) is wound with a saw-tooth wire (3), and at intervals corresponding approximately to the ring length (a) the teeth (7) are removed in a respective continuous recessed groove (9) reaching as far as the foot (8) of the saw-tooth wire (3). Thereafter, the saw-tooth wire turns (12, 13) in the recessed grooves are connected to the tube (1), after which the wound tube (1) is subsequently separated approximately in the middle of the recessed grooves (9) into the individual opening-roller rings (2). <??>The process is used in the production of textile machines. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Von Auflösewalzenringe für Offenendspinn-Maschinen wird eine hohe Maßhaltigkeit erwartet. Gleichzeitig soll der Herstellungsaufwand der Auflösewalzenringe gering gehalten werden. Das Verfahren sieht vor, daß man ein Rohr (1) mehrfacher Ringlänge (a) mit einem Sägezahndraht (3) bewickelt und in etwa der Ringlänge (a) entsprechenden Abständen die Zähne (7) in jeweils einer umlaufenden, bis auf den Fuß (8) des Sägezahndrahtes (3) reichenden Einstechnut (9) entfernt. Danach werden die Sägezahndrahtwindunge (12, 13) in den Einstechnuten mit dem Rohr (1) verbunden, wonach das bewickelte Rohr (1) anschließend etwa in der Mitte der Einstechnuten (9) in die einzelnen Auflösewalzenringe (2) aufgetrennt wird. Das Verfahren findet Anwendung bei der Herstellung con Textilmaschinen.
