In the coil for an electromagnetic relay, a response delay is achieved using a short-circuit tube (10) which forms the supporting part of the coil former and takes the place of a plastic tube which would otherwise be used. The short-circuit tube has flanges (11, 12) extruded on the ends, while only a thin insulating layer (13) is provided with respect to the winding (14) in the region between the flanges. <??>The invention permits a considerable response delay of the relay without modifying the dimensions of the winding and core. <IMAGE>

Bei der Spule für ein elektromagnetisches Relais wird eine Ansprechverzögerung mit einem Kurzschlußrohr (10) erreicht, welches den tragenden Teil des Spulenkörpers bildet und an die Stelle eines ansonsten verwendeten Kunststoffrohres tritt. Das Kurzschlußrohr ist an den Enden mit den Flanschen (11, 12) umspritzt, während im Bereich zwischen den Flanschen lediglich eine dünne Isolierschicht (13) gegenüber der Wicklung (14) vorgesehen ist. Mit der Erfindung wird eine erhebliche Ansprechverzögerung des Relais ohne Änderungen der Abmessungen von Wicklung und Kern ermöglicht.
