Abstract (en)
The relay has a coil with a core and one or two angle-shaped armatures (4, 15). The two armatures each have a second limb (4b; 15b), running approximately parallel to the coil axis, and an extension on which a restoring spring (7) engages. Each armature operates a contact spring connected to it. <??>As a result of the displacement of the bearing point onto the end of the second armature limb, increased friction is produced at the contact points and hence a reduction in the tendency to welding. As a result of this type of bearing, there is also a reduction in the effective spring force of the restoring spring while the armature is being attracted, thus increasing the reliability of armature attraction, with a constant excitation. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das Relais besitzt eine Spule mit einem Kern sowie einen oder zwei winkelförmige Anker (4, 15). Die beiden Anker besitzen jeweils einen zweiten, annähernd parallel zur Spulenachse verlaufenden Schenkel (4b; 15b) sowie eine Verlängerung, an der eine Rückstellfeder (7) angreift. Jeder Anker betätigt eine mit ihm verbundene Kontaktfeder. Durch die Verlagerung der Lagerstelle an das Ende des zweiten Ankerschenkels ergibt sich eine erhöhte Reibung an den Kontaktstellen und damit eine Verminderung der Schweißneigung. Außerdem ergibt sich durch diese Art der Lagerung eine Verminderung der wirksamen Federkraft der Rückstellfeder während des Ankeranzuges, wodurch die Anzugssicherheit für den Anker bei gleichbleibender Erregung erhöht wird.
