L'invention concerne un appareil de mobilisation pour une articulation du genou ou une articulation coxo-fémorale agencé pour imposer un mouvement de la cuisse par rapport au bas de la jambe d'un patient couché sur le dos, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé par une plaque de base (1) utilisée horizontalement ou à peu près horizontalement par rapport à laquelle une plaque mobile (2), sur laquelle repose le bas de la jambe du patient, peut effectuer un mouvement de va-et- vient, pour lequel au moins une plaque de liaison (3) forme une liaison articulée entre ladite plaque de base (1) et ladite plaque mobile (2).
