Installation for manufacturing and stacking thermoplastic bags, sachets etc., in which the lower jaw (8) is fixed and comprises on its downstream vertical face a transverse groove (55) one of whose edges serves as a counter-blade; the upper jaw (9) is driven by the locking pad (71) with the interposition of a return spring (85); the stacking table (67) is provided with an indexing device; the bag being made is pinned before the cutting; the stacking table (67) and the row of needles are manoeuvred by an additional lowering of the locking pad (71) after the cutting and return to their starting position under the effect of return springs (95, 103); the locking pad (71) can easily be swung upwards and in the upstream direction for maintenance. <IMAGE>

Installation de fabrication et d'empilage de sacs, sachets, etc... en matière thermoplastique, dans laquelle la mâchoire inférieure (8) est fixe et comporte sur sa face aval verticale une gorge transversale (55) dont l'un des bords sert de contre-lame ; la mâchoire supérieure (9) est entraînée par le patin de blocage (71) avec interposition d'un ressort de rappel (85) ; la table d'empilement (67) est munie d'un dispositif d'indexation ; le sac en cours de confection est embroché avant la découpe ; la table d'empilement (67) et la rangée d'aiguilles sont manoeuvrées par une descente supplémentaire du patin de blocage (71) après la découpe et reviennent à leur position de départ sous l'action de ressorts de rappel (95, 103) ; le patin de blocage (71) est facilement basculable vers le haut et vers l'amont pour l'entretien.
