The invention concerns a sports device. It comprises a wheel (2) of which an outer peripheral surface constitutes a first unit for rolling on a ground or hard surface and whose inner peripheral surface constitutes a rolling track for a second rolling unit (3) of a support (1) capable of supporting a user's foot, and means of connecting the wheel (2) to the user's body allowing the wheel to be kept perpendicular to the ground without hindering its rotation. <IMAGE>
