Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Betonteilen (11), insbesondere Betonrohren, nach dem Prinzip der senkenden Form vorgeschlagen, bei dem der untere Bodenring (26) mitsamt Formmantel (15) über dem Formkern (14) bis in die Endstellung ständig abgesenkt werden, während von oben her in dem Formraum (16) Betonmaterial eingefüllt und dort über eine radiale Preßeinrichtung (20) von innen nach außen verdichtet wird. Zeitgleich mit dem Absenken des Formmantels (15) mit Bodenring (26) senkt man hierbei auch die am oberen Formmantelende befindliche Beschickungseinrichtung (35) für das Betonmaterial mit ab, die z.B. zusammen mit dem Formmantel (15) auf und ab bewegt wird. Die Preßeinrichtung (20) verdichtet den Beton in Radialrichtung ohne ein Drehmoment einzuleiten. Dadurch werden vor allem bei Stahlbetonteilen Spannungen im Beton, im Bewehrungskorb (12) od. dgl. vermieden.
