Screw extruder comprising a screw (1) consisting of two sections (11, 12), the connection of which is provided by a surface-bearing coupling which is held under prestress using a safety device. The second screw part (12) at the free screw end consists of wear- resistant material, in which the dimensions of the screw core, screw thread and of the screw end are in conformity with the requirements of the material to be extruded. <IMAGE>

Schneckenpresse mit einer Schnecke (1) bestehend aus zwei Abschnitten (11, 12), deren Verbindung mit einer flächentragenden Kupplung hergestellt ist, die mit einer Sicherungsvorrichtung unter Vorspannung gehalten ist. Das zweite Schneckenteil (12) am freien Schneckenende besteht aus verschleißfestem Material, bei dem die Bemessung von Schneckenkern, Schneckengang, sowie vom Schneckenende nach den Erfodernissen des Preßgutes gestaltet ist.
