Abstract (en)
To produce granulated propellant charges, a plurality of propellant charge strands of small diameter are continuously extruded, deposited separately downstream of the extruder onto a moving base and transported by means of the latter over a setting section, then fed on a downward-inclined section, assisted by their own weight, to a cutting plate with a number of guide holes corresponding to the number of strands and, on emerging from the guide holes, cut to the desired length by means of the cutting blades revolving behind the cutting plate.

Zur Herstellung von Treibladungsgranulat werden mehrere Treibladungsstränge kleinen Durchmessers kontinuierlich extrudiert, hinter dem Extruder auf einer bewegten Unterlage vereinzelt abgelegt und mittels dieser über eine Abbindestrecke transportiert, anschließend auf einer Gefällstrecke unter Mitwirkung ihres Eigengewichtes einer Schneidplatte mit einer der Anzahl der Stränge entsprechenden Anzahl von Führungslöchern zugeführt und beim Austreten aus den Führungslöchern mittels der hinter der Schneidplatte umlaufenden Schneidmesser auf die gewünschte Länge geschnitten.
