Waveguide power divider for a microwave energy transmission circuit operating at high power in the rectangular TE10 mode. <??>It consists of the juxtaposition: - of a rectangular entrance waveguide (1) operating in its fundamental mode and receiving, via one of its ends (2), the power to be divided and whose other end (3) is closed; - of a circular waveguide (4) propagating the TM01 mode and connected to the rectangular guide (1) by a lateral opening (10) in such a way that the axes of the two guides are perpendicular; - of a group of n exit waveguides (15) placed at the exit of the circular waveguide (4) and distributed in a ring ahead of its free end, operating in the TE10 mode and each transmitting a fraction of the power introduced at the entrance. <??>Application to microwave energy transmission circuits. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un diviseur de puissance en guide d'ondes, pour circuit de transmission d'énergie hyperfréquence fonctionnant à puissance élevée dans le mode TE10 rectangulaire. Il est constitué par la juxtaposition : - d'un guide d'ondes rectangulaire (1) d'entrée fonctionnant dans son mode fondamental recevant par l'une de ses extrémités (2) la puissance à diviser et dont l'autre extrémité (3) est fermée ; - d'un guide d'ondes circulaire (4) propageant le mode TM01 relié au guide rectangulaire (1) par une ouverture latérale (10) de façon à ce que les axes des deux guides soient perpendiculaires ; - d'un groupe de n guides d'ondes de sortie (15), placés à la sortie du guide d'ondes circulaire (4) répartis en couronne devant son extrémité libre, fonctionnant dans le mode TE10 et transmettant chacun une fraction de la puissance introduite à l'entrée. Application aux circuits de transmission d'énergie hyperfréquence.
