The cupboard or wall unit consists of front and rear posts in the form of a profile made of a lightweight metal alloy, vertical cupboard sides, bearing construction shelves, a rear wall and doors attached to the front and, if appropriate also the rear posts, strips which connect the posts fixedly to one another and to the construction shelves being attached at the front and at the rear edges of the cupboard sides and the construction shelves. The profile of the posts and the strips is identical and has, in total, a rectangular outer contour, two adjacent closed chambers, two opposite grooves, which are open towards the longer rectangular side, on the outsides of the one chamber, and a projecting web on the outside of the second chamber along the narrow rectangular side. The first chamber in the strips serves for receiving and for guiding screw tensioning rods with threaded portions at both ends which are screwed into sleeve nuts, the sleeve length of which is equal to the thickness of the profile and which are inserted from the side of the head of the nuts in each case into a bore-hole of a row of grid bore-holes, passing centrally through the first chamber, of the profile of the posts, whereas the second chamber in the posts serves for receiving height-adjusting screws on the lower ends of the posts. The webs of the profile of the posts serve for connecting said posts to the correspondingly grooved cupboard sides and the webs on the strips serve for connection to the correspondingly grooved construction shelves. The grooves of the rear posts and of the rear strips of the bottom-most and topmost construction shelves serve for the all-round attachment of the rear wall of the cupboard by inserting said rear wall into these grooves. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Shrank oder eine Schrankwand, bestehend aus vorderen und hinteren Pfosten in Form eines Profils aus einer Leichtmetall-Legierung, vertikalen Schrankseiten, tragenden Konstruktionsböden, einer Rückwand und an den vorderen, gegebenenfalls auch hinteren Pfosten angeschlagenen Türen, wobei an den Vorder und an den Hinterkanten der Schrankseiten und der Konstruktionsböden Leisten, welche die Pfosten fest miteinander und mit den Konstruktionsböden verbinden, befestigt sind. Nach der Erfindung ist das Profil der Pfosten (3) und der Leisten (4) identisch und weist einen insgesamt rechteckigen Außenumriß, zwei nebeneinander liegende geschlossene Kammern (5)(6), an den Außenseiten der einen Kammer zwei einander gegenüberliegende, zur längeren Rechteckseite hin offene Nuten (8)(9) und an der Außenseite der zweiten Kammer, entland der Rechteck-Schmalseite, einen vorstehenden Steg auf. Die erste Kammer (5) dient in den Leisten zur Aufnahme und zur Führung von Schraub-Spannstangen (12) mit Gewindeabschnitten (13) an beiden Enden, die in Hülsenmuttern eingeschraubt sind, deren Hülsenlänge gleich der Profildicke ist und die von der Mutternkopfseite her in jeweils eine Bohrung einer Reihe von mittig durch die erste Kammer hindurchgehenden Rasterbohrungen des Profils der Pfosten hindurchgesteckt sind, während die zweite Kammer (6) in den Pfosten (3) zur Aufnahme von Höhenstellschrauben (16) an den unteren Pfostenenden dient. Die Stege des Profils der Pfosten dienen zu deren Verbindung mit den entsprechend genuteten Schrankseiten, die Stege an den Leisten zur Verbindung mit den entsprechend genuteten Konstruktionsböden (2). Die Nuten der hinteren Pfosten und der hinteren Leisten des untersten und des obersten Konstruktionsbodens dienen zur allseitigen Befestigung der Schrank-Rückwand durch Einschieben derselben in diese Nuten.
