Abstract (en)

Superstructure for introducing material to be heated into heating furnaces. Anchored in a vertical position on the heating furnace car (1) is a number of supports (2) which consist of rectangular hollow profiles and contain on their longitudinal sides bores (9) at given distances. Blocks (4), which each have a projection (5), are slid onto the supports and fixed in height by means of a pin (6) situated in the bores (9) of the supports (2). The beams (7), plates (8) or grates, which receive the material to be heated, are placed on the projections (5). The superstructure is preferably made from silicon carbide. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Aufsatz für das Einstellen von Brenngut in Brennöfen. Am Brennwagen (1) sind mehrere, aus rechteckigen Hohlprofilen bestehende, an ihren Längsseiten in bestimmten Abständen Bohrungen (9) enthaltende Stützen (2) in senkrechter Lage verankert. Auf die Stützen werden Schuhe (4) mit je einer Auskragung (5) geschoben und mittels eines in den Bohrungen (9) der Stützen (2) befindlichen Stiftes (6) in ihrer Höhe fixiert. Auf die Auskragungen (5) werden die das Brenngut aufnehmenden Balken (7), Platten (8) oder Roste aufgelegt. Der Aufsatz besteht vorzugsweise aus Siliciumcarbid.
