The ejector-side arm acts on an ejector tappet (4). The ejector lever (5) is adjustable for changing the ejector stroke. In order to integrate the compensation for different projection lengths on workpieces into the ejector lever (5), the drive-side engagement plane (20') and the ejector-side take-off plane (12') are, on the one hand, to be arranged parallel to the adjustability of the ejector lever (5). On the other hand, the width of the ejector lever (5) in the region between the take-off plane (12') and the support (9) which supports the ejector lever (5) during forming is to differ to take account of the differences in length of the projections on workpieces.
