Abstract (en)
Known door closures for household appliances or the like have a closing shackle and a detent member which can be connected alternately to a housing part or to a door and which engage in one another in a closed position. The closing shackle can be fastened by means of a screw connection which increases the outlay in terms of production and assembly. It is to be possible to produce and assemble the new door closure in a simplified way. The closing shackle (1, 30) has a fastening portion (8) for a plug connection with the housing part (3) or the door (15). The door closure can be used in a simple way in household appliances, such as dishwashers, washing machines and other appliances. <IMAGE>

Bekannte Türverschlüsse für Hausgeräte o. dgl. weisen einen Schließbügel und ein Sperrglied auf, die wechselweise mit einem Gehäuseteil oder einer Tür verbindbar sind und in einer Schließstellung ineinander eingreifen. Der Schließbügel ist dabei über eine, den Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand erhöhende, Schraubverbindung befestigbar. Der neue Türverschluß soll vereinfacht herstell- und montierbar sein. Der Schließbügel (1, 30) weist einen Befestigungsabschnitt (8) für eine Steckverbindung mit dem Gehäuseteil (3) oder der Tür (15) auf. Der Türverschluß ist in Hausgeräten wie Geschirrspülern, Waschmaschinen und sonstigen Geräten einfach einsetzbar.
